Or maybe your overwhelmed by all the time that is consumed in preparing for a relaxing get away: unloading the car, standing in lines at the grocery & home improvement stores, fueling/uncovering watercraft and opening home, PLUS having to put everything back away when its time to leave. Services starting at $45.00 per hour plus applicable toll fees.

inspect for vandalism/property damage/pests

Service fee $65.00 per visit plus applicable toll fees.

Inspections recommended on a bimonthly basis.

*For peace of mind, digital pictures of your Lake properties can also be

sent by email if requested before our scheduled visit. This way YOU can see from miles away.
