The Horny Toad's Executive Chef Stefan Haney was born in Munich , Germany and raised in the Kansas City, Mo. Area. He trained as an apprentice at the Westin Crown Center Hotel in KC, specializing in the European style of food preparation. He manages a kitchen staff of 20-24 at the Horny Toad Restaurant. His expertise is apparent in the gourmet dishes consistently served at the restaurant.

Jeremiah's Night and Dance Club

Located on the 2nd and 3rd floors of the Horny Toad Entertainment Complex, Jeremiah's Night Club has been dubbed the "Hottest Nightspot in the Midwest."

Jeremiah's is open every Thursday, Friday and Saturday, as well as Sundays, on Holiday weekends, starting April 20th from 8:00 p.m. until 1:00 p.m. through the last weekend in September.

Jeremiah's nightclub has state-of-the-art light and sound and three bars on two levels. You can party in the club or on the balcony while watching the party on the lake's largest video wall. Our large deck overlooking the lake and the ground level stage area is ideal for VIP entertaining for our concerts and special events.

Pecker's Dueling Piano Bar

Dueling pianos started in New Orleans in the 1930's when two piano players cranked out requested hits of the day. It stayed largely mellow until the 1950's when a group of players in Dallas, TX, busted into the Jerry Lee Lewis hit, "Great Balls of Fire." This ignited the crowd and simultaneously launched a new entertainment genre now found in many major cities and resorts.

At Peckers, audiences are encouraged to clap and sing along until late in the evening. Singles, couples and groups also celebrate special occasions or just cut loose after a day of hard work or playing on the lake. For those special occasion, the piano players have humorous tribute songs to commemorate the occasion.
